Più precisamente tale importo pari al 50% del " deuxième pilier " che, alla data del' 31.7.2000, e come comunicato dalla S.A. Du Pont de Nemours in data 07/12/2000, esso sarà complessivamente pari a Franchi Svizzeri 1,575,150 (un milione cinquecento settantacinque mila centocinquanta), verrà versato dalla SA. Du Pont De Nemours alla cassa pensioni che la Sig.ra Rebecca Levi indicherà. il Sig. Ghitis — si ripete volutamente e si conferma — si impegna a dare alla Du Pont tutte le autorizzazioni e disposizioni scritte necessarie per il trasferimento, a favore della Sig.ra Rebecca Levi, del sopra menzionato 50% del Deuxième Pilier, pari a Franchi Svizzeri 787,575 (settecento ottantasette mila cinquecento settantacinque)
